Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct physical visits of property to assess it's value.
∎ To check whether the construction of the building is in compliance with the rules & regulations of the regulatory Authority.
∎ To make technical assessment and prepare valuation reports in line with Bank's policy mitigating associated risks.
∎ Visit various sites both within Dhaka and outside to make an assessment of properties to be taken as security.
∎ Supervision of branch renovation.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge of various construction works such as land development and building structure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated individual with ability to operate independently.
∎ Problem solving ability.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skills.
