Candidates with a Diploma who have 12 years of work experience, or those with a BSc in Civil Engineering who have 8 years of work experience, will be given priority.
Should have experience in highly aesthetic interior works.
Responsibilities & Context:
Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality execution of all finishing works, including tiling, marble installation, painting, plastering, and false ceiling work, in accordance with standards.
Material Selection & Inspection: Verify and approve the quality of construction materials (bricks, sand, cement) and finishing items (sanitary fittings, hardware, etc.) upon delivery.
Drawing Coordination: Interpret and implement architectural and interior design drawings accurately on-site.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain a strict finishing schedule to ensure the project meets its deadlines.
Labor Supervision: Supervise and provide technical guidance to masons, tile fixers, plumbers, and painters to ensure precision in work.
Waste Management: Monitor and minimize the wastage of expensive finishing materials through efficient planning and inventory control.
Measurement & Billing: Take accurate site measurements of completed works and verify subcontractor bills for payment processing.
Safety & Site Environment: Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
