Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong focus on finishing works

- Proven experience in large-scale construction projects

- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification or training in construction/project management

- Experience working with reputed construction firms

- Familiarity with international construction standards

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer specializing in finishing works with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supervising, managing, and executing high-quality finishing works for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all finishing activities including plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, ceiling, and facade works

- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks

- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to finishing works

- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and method statements

- Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed on-site

- Manage resources efficiently to control costs and minimize wastage
