KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Project Supervision & Execution:

• Oversee the full civil construction of the ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), including excavation, foundation, RCC work, tanks, drains, and structural elements.

• Ensure that all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, designs, and engineering standards.

• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones

Quality Control & Safety:

• Monitor material quality, site safety protocols, and workmanship at all stages of the project.

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective measures are implemented as needed.

• Ensure structural integrity and construction durability per environmental and wastewater treatment norms.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and photo documentation.

• Assist in preparing bills of quantity (BoQ), work schedules, and contractor payment verification.

• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and building codes.

• Coordinate with environmental consultants or government authorities if needed during inspections or project verification.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS-

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–6 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure/ETP construction required (experience in ETP/water treatment facilities in tannery/garments/textile/chemical/dyeing preferred).

• Proficient in reading technical drawings.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage workers and contractors.

• Sound knowledge of construction safety, material testing, and quality control.

• Must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively under pressure while coordinating with both labor teams and management.

• Must be proficient in Bangla & English in writing.

      

SALARY & TIME-

• Salary- Negotiable

• Full-time, 6 days/week.

• Project-based (till ETP construction is completed) with possible extension for future civil projects.

• On-site presence required at Hemayetpur Tannery premises.

• Location - Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka
