  • Construction, Real Estate, Trading, Business Development etc. Project of Government agencies, Semi-Governmental organizations, and Autonomous bodies.

  • Knowledge about Auto CAD will be treated as an extra quality.

  • Proven experience in e-Government Procurement (e-GP) Tenders, International Tenders, and LTM Tenders.

  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes (PPR), including RFPs, RFQs, and budgetary/sales quotations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in email correspondence.

  • Prior experience in the Development sector (R&D, PWD, LGED, BIWTA, BWDB, MES, Port Authority Etc.) is preferable.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.

  • Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

  • To perform detailed estimation for construction items from provided design-drawing.

  • To perform rebar scheduling of different structural component of the building like Pile, Pile-Cap,

  • Footing, Grade Beam, Mat Foundation, Column, Shear Wall, Solid Slab, Ribbed Slab, Dome etc.

  • Experience in estimating, costing, billing, analysis, pre and post measurement of work.

  • Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.

  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

  • Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.

  • To review progress of works at various stages.

  • Capable to understand of elevation/section of structural/Architectural parts.

  • Complete assignment within given timeframe.Any other relevant work assigned by management.

  • Estimate and manage project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment required for the highway construction of the district projects

  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents

  • Conduct site visits on demand of Management to assess quantities and costs of materials and labor, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Provide cost advice and support throughout the project lifecycle, helping to control expenditures.
