Educational Requirements:
∎ Essential requirements for post holder are Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/ Law/ Human Rights/ Child Rights/Protection or similar qualification with 4-5 years of practical experiences in policy advocacy to multiple stakeholders at local and national level.

Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM)is going to implement a new project under the Education Sector in the name of `Words to Reality: Promoting Street Children`s Rights in Bangladesh` with the financial support of Consortium for Street Children (CSC) through Commonwealth Foundation from October 2019.
∎ DAM invites application for the following position for immediate appointment: -

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ A good understanding of the local context and opportunities and barriers to creating change. Experience of working directly with highly vulnerable and marginalized children, adults and communities in particular child laborers. Knowledge of children's rights and the relevant national legal/policy framework. Business level English plus fluency in the national language. Knowledge of and passion for the program content, issues and approach e.g. child labor, participatory approach. Willingness to travel to and work with communities living in poverty in remote areas. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Applicants should have vast knowledge about Microsoft Office package Based on Computer Application Program.

Salary: Tk. 39538 (Monthly)
