Job Context:
∎ Action for Social Development (ASD) is inviting application from committed & progressive development worker for the position of Child Facilitator for Development of Children at High Risk (DCHR) Project, funded by Bread for the World (BftW), Protestant Development Services, Germany.
∎ Job Location: Vashantek, Kochukhat, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establishing Learning and Recreation Center (LRC), contact and selection a rental basis flat/house.
∎ Conduct survey of working children and selection.
∎ Child enrollment in LRC and ensure their participation in session.
∎ Ensuring child friendly environment in the LRC.
∎ Preparing session routine and lesson plan.
∎ Conduct education and awareness raising session.
∎ Assist children to ensuring their mental growth and leadership.
∎ Developing education and awareness raising materials.
∎ Organise meeting with different stakeholder and conduct meeting discussion.
∎ National and International day observation/ celebrating with the LRC children.
∎ Rapport building with the employer, guardian and local community people.
∎ Preparing progress report and submit to project office.
∎ Maintain official documentation and communicate with the reporting officials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience with Street /Working Children's of Drop-In-Centre (DIC).
∎ Working experience with environment of Street/ Working Children.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13,671.00
