Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure efficient, effective and business focused IT and Telecommunication infrastructure in accordance with the industry standards and to implement strategies for attain maximum operating efficiency and proper contingency of IT systems so that customer service, revenue generation and integrity of data and documents are protected.
∎ Develop and implement technology initiatives to support Shanta Life Insurance PLC initiatives and profitability goals.
∎ Direct and manage computing and information technology, strategic planning, policies and programs.
∎ Ensure the integrity of computer servers, network communications and management information services.
∎ Integrate and maintain multiple software environments and portal development.
∎ Partner with top managements and recommend quality technological solutions, which are able to enhance performance and revenue targets.

∎ Coordinate with IT vendors / service providers to deliver goods and services as per agreed service level agreements.
