Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline preferably commerce/business background with excellent academic record from reputed universities and no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in academic career. Candidates having additional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CIMA/CMA and Certified Expert in Risk Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement, review & interpret the Risk Management Guidelines of the bank in line with the directives & guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Identify the risk areas and formulate the risk management strategies & concepts in different business transactions & banking operations undertaken by the bank.
∎ Assist the Risk Management Committee and the Senior Management of the Bank regarding implementation of the Core Risk Guidelines in banking operations and meticulous compliance thereof.
∎ Follow-up, monitor & managing the core risks of the bank in coordination with Branches & concerned Head Office Divisions. Necessary guidance should be provided to Branches & concerned Divisions for compliance of risk issues
∎ Maintain effective liaison with Bangladesh Bank regarding risk management issues.
∎ Train up the bank officials for their capacity development in different aspects & areas of risk management.
∎ Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 18 years banking experiences with at least 5 years in Risk Management Division of a reputed commercial bank.
∎ Hands on experience in branch banking particularly in the areas of GB, Credit, Foreign Trade, AML & CFT..
∎ Sound knowledge & understanding on Risk Management Framework under BASEL Accords and all Risk Management Guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Clear understanding of associated risks in banking operations/transactions and mitigation process.
∎ Strong analytical & report writing skills.
∎ Excellent inter-personal, communication & presentation skills with leadership quality.
∎ Strong IT knowledge and good command over Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & tight schedule.
∎ Age, Experience, and Educational Qualification may be relaxed for really deserving candidates

∎ salary & allowances as per approved scale of pay
