Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
∎ Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the top management.
∎ Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
∎ Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
∎ Planning for Machines, Materials, Money and men for operations besides building a strong succession pipeline and ensuring adequate manning at each level
∎ Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address losses to reducing financing costs and market returns.
∎ Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 years in a similar position.
∎ International business experience
∎ Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
∎ Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
∎ Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
∎ Strategic planning and forecasting
∎ Operational excellence
∎ Good knowledge of LEAN Management.
