Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Tertiary education in BSc Engineering with experience in OPEX & Lean Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Germents and Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the P&L target of the factory (Textile Division).
∎ Production activities of the company to achieve maximum efficiency & productivity with lowest possible losses of time.
∎ Material while achieving the maximum contribution to cover overheads of the company.
∎ Maintain the factory as per all compliance requirements of all buyers with whom the company deals with.
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to implement solutions or improvements
∎ Analyze challenging situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company success and growth
∎ Drive strategies coming from Head office towards the achieving business unit goals.
∎ Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
