Proven leadership experience in operations, administration, construction, engineering, project management, procurement, or corporate management.

Responsibilities & Context:
R. N Enterprise, a First-Class Contracting and Consulting Organization, together with its Sister Concern Provista Industrial Group, invites applications from qualified and experienced retired Armed Forces officers for the following senior executive positions at its Head Office, Planners Tower (Level 15), Banglamotor, Dhaka.
The Group is engaged in construction, engineering consultancy, infrastructure development, industrial manufacturing, environmental management, leather and footwear, polymer, food and agro industries, and other strategic business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Group's overall operations and administration.
Supervise and coordinate all construction sites, engineering works, consultancy services, and industrial projects.
Ensure effective overall site management, including construction site administration, manpower deployment, logistics, safety, quality control, and timely project execution.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance monitoring systems.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, compliance, budgets, and operational performance, and report directly to the Managing Director/Board.
