∎ THE POSITION Are you a seasoned professional with a stellar track record in driving business development at the highest levels? LAUGFS Lubricants Bangladesh Limited seeks an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our lubricants business in Bangladesh.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development:
∎ Spearhead growth initiatives to drive the organization forward.Identify and target new market opportunities to expand our reach.
∎ Operational Leadership:
∎ Plan and direct all operational aspects of the organization, including the development of policies and strategic objectives.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective daily operations through continuous process improvements.
∎ Be a part of the strategic planning team and drive organizational success.
∎ Financial and Operational Goals:
∎ Achieve both short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives.
∎ Establish and track goals aligned with the company's vision to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Production and Sales Management:
∎ Leverage experience in production and sales management to create a competitive business advantage.
∎ Optimize production processes for quality and cost-effectiveness, while implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
∎ Financial Expertise:
∎ Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and communicate insights to stakeholders.
