Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate as Chief Operating Officer for its new Comprehensive Garments Accessories Project.
∎ The factory will produce all sorts of Garments Accessories Products like Carton(both Auto and Manual), Poly, Narrow Fabrics, Woven Labels, Offset Print Products etc. by maintaining world class standards.
∎ Target sales projection is 3.0 million usd/month.
∎ The project location is at Gazipur. Job location is at Dhaka and Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operational activities of the factory.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for guiding management for proper machinery selection and execution of the remaining project construction works in an effective way.
∎ He will lead and coordinate the activities related to machine installation, project execution, production, marketing, supply chain, admin & logistics and internal & external affairs related to the company.
∎ The candidate should have thorough knowledge & expertise on the garments accessories production management activities in renowned companies. He should be capable to manage a large team and ensure achieving monthly Production & Sales target on regular basis.
∎ Candidates having commendable expertise to manage the overall operational activities of a large garments accessories factory are only requested to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field in any large garments accessories companies, out of which 3 years in similar level position.
