Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Management, or a related field from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years in senior operations roles—ideally in esports, events, media, or digital entertainment.
∎ Proven experience scaling operations, managing large-scale events, and optimizing cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong strategic vision with entrepreneurial drive; ability to lead high-growth, agile ventures.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
∎ Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments and managing competing priorities.
∎ Passion for esports and deep understanding of gaming culture in Bangladesh and South Asia.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the planning and delivery of major esports events both off line and online, ensuring top-tier execution in operation, coordination, logistics, technology, infrastructure, and audience experience.
∎ Collaborate with MD to expand event portfolio, explore new franchises/intellectual properties, and increase reach across campuses and communities.
∎ Manage 360° gaming content deliverables—live streams, behind‑the‑scenes features, player journeys, and game night series.
∎ Build and maintain brand partnerships (e.g., bKash, airtel, mountain dew), and explore opportunities for new sponsorships.
∎ Plan, manage, and formulate the business development, partnership/ sponsorship based sales to ensure revenue generation from events and projects.
∎ Oversee HR & admin (working with dedicated execs), nurture a collaborative, performance‑driven culture.
∎ Drive financial performance—manage budgets, prize‑pools, cost optimization, and revenue streams.
∎ Engage student clubs, campuses, and grassroots communities to foster pipeline development.
