∎ Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
∎ Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and growth.
∎ Lead initiatives for cost optimization and resource management.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
∎ Drive innovation and process improvements within all operational areas.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work culture across all teams.
∎ Manage supply chain and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
∎ Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery.
∎ Collaborate with the executive team on long-term strategic planning.
∎ Supervise the budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulators.
