Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop strategy as well as plan activities in order to achieve business objective
- Understand the requirements of clients and inject the same in teams as well as all stakeholders
- Effectively communicate with suppliers about product quality and on-time delivery
- Monitor executions are as planned and proactively plan alternates to meet challenges
- Ensure cost-effective operation procedure to maximize profit
- Attend meeting with foreign clients and buyers in order to be updated with requirement and expectation
- Manage entire office (planning, coordination, progress monitoring, quality control etc.) and ensure effective reporting
- Communicate and report to Head Office (Japan) about ongoing or prospective activities
