• Expertise in managing technically advanced cost-efficient, state of the art production systems and processes.

• A principal executive `point of contact` for the company accountable for ensuring that appropriate business strategies are in place and are acted upon according to the priorities.

• Adept in ensuring sufficient human, financial, technological, informational, and material resources are available to carry these out.

• Effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

• Spearheading production related tasks - planning, Quality control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control.

• Preparing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to the same; developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement, etc.

• Minimizing bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material, cost and machine, etc.

Job Context:

A leading sweater manufacturing factory of a renowned group, is looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and experienced professional to join as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The selected individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing overall factory operations and driving continuous improvement to achieve excellence in productivity, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• A `Performance Driven Professional` with hands-on experience in Strategic Planning encompassing Production, Process Enhancements, Quality Assurance, Value Engineering / Cost Reduction and Team Management.

• A keen strategist with expertise in managing entire plant operations with key focus on Knitted Composite, profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

• Proficient in implementing production & quality systems as well as product safety in production process.

• Technically sound to check all the process of flat knit.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Knowledge on lean management, Kaizen System, 5S & 6 Sigma. Also have to justify & analyzing the KPI with Top Management.
