Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures of the group;
∎ Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
∎ Develops and implements policies for operations, and communicates these policy changes to department/SBU supervisors
∎ Oversee all operational activities of the organization;
∎ Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, manufacturing, IT and other departments
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
∎ Evaluate organization performance by analyzing and interpreting data;
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendors;
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
