∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently run the Brokerage house.
∎ Oversee Foreign Trading and Custodian Operations with Financial Institutions
∎ Manage service experience, contact experience, zonal experience, self-service and High value segment across the country.
∎ Manage High Net worth portfolio with P&L responsibility
∎ Manage PR and Internal, external communication to customers, stakeholders and regulators
∎ Manage and guide investor’s portfolio across the country.
∎ Formulate integrated strategic and technical brand activities
∎ Provide marketing and investment consultancy
∎ Internal and external communications to customers, stakeholders and regulators
∎ Oversee corporate reputation among internal and external stakeholders
∎ Manage the portfolio of social investment (CSR) and media initiatives
∎ Internal and external communications to customer, stakeholders and Media
∎ Segmented marketing strategies, product portfolio management with P&L responsibility.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and operational execution.
∎ Portfolio management.
∎ Lead company strategy development and operational plan implementation
∎ Design segment strategy through value proposition with differentiated products.
∎ Responsible for maintaining market share and revenue growth of the company
∎ Restructured the marketing division for operational excellence
∎ Aligned high level activities and strategies of marketing , Sales and Distribution and customer management Division
∎ Developed full functions of market research, product planning and development
∎ Monitor all kind of Compliance Issues.
