• Develops business strategy as well as creates plan to achieve business target
• Identifies prospective customers and strategizes to onboard
• Establishes & improves relation with existing customers in order to achieve business growth
• Conducts meeting with buyers to get feedback and understand the scope of improvement
• Conducts periodic meeting with factory operations in order to be updated with capacity, sales and other critical issues
• Leads product development and merchandising team in order to meet customer demands
• Initiates strategies in order to meet budget and maximum utilization of resources
• Participates international fares, trade shows, exhibitions and other events in order to be updated with current trend and directs the team members to adopt with changes
• Maintains departmental budget within limit
