• Master’s degree (MBA Finance or equivalent) or CA/ACA/FCA/CMA/ACMA/FCMA/ACCA background preferred.

• 10–15 years of proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in hospitality, real-estate, or large diversified groups.

• Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning and delivering financial performance.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, statutory compliance, risk management.

·        Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term investment strategy for all business units.

·        Ensure strong cash-flow management, cost control, and financial stability across group operations.

·        Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for board and leadership.

·        Ensure taxation, compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting.

·        Assess financial risks, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide strategic decisions for new resorts, land development, and business expansions.

·        Lead and mentor the finance and accounts teams across the group.
