Responsibilities & Context:
∎ One of the leading Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) operating its business since 1996, established under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993. We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee business Financial Operations being strategic partner for Company's Financial Health.
∎ General Responsibilities:
∎ CFO will develop and execute financial strategies in accordance to the Financial Reporting & Compliance along with managing Cash Flow & Liquidity Management. In Addition, he/she will be responsible for overseeing the overall Internal Control, IT based Accounting System and activities of the company.
∎ Reporting: Managing Director and CEO of the Company.
