Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Masters/ MBA major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed Public/ Private/ Dhaka University.
∎ CA/ FCA/ ACMA/ FCMA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop the organization through strategic planning, implementation of development strategies, policies and practices leading to overall financial management & development of the group;
∎ To compile and analyze financial information for checking of financial statement & making of balance sheet on regular basis;
∎ To deal with banks and other financial institutions for procuring new credit facility and monitoring & reconciliation of all kinds of existing loan facilities at minimum cost;
∎ Fund management and ensure periodical budget and budgetary control with cost control management;
∎ To ensure proper compliance of income Tax and VAT issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years working experience with recent 5 years as CFO in RMG Sector
