Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute real estate business strategy for growth and profitability.
- Identify and assess investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly project execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.
- Lead sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team.
