Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to secure partnerships with brands and organizations that align with Discovery One's values and objectives.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring that both parties benefit from mutually advantageous terms.
∎ Maintain and nurture existing sponsor relationships while actively seeking new opportunities for sponsorship and collaboration.
∎ Define and implement the organization's strategic vision, goals, and objectives in alignment with the e-sports industry's trends and opportunities.
∎ Work closely with the management to set clear and achievable targets, guiding the company towards sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Lead and oversee all aspects of Discovery One's daily operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and team coordination.
∎ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, supporting staff in their roles and ensuring optimal performance.
∎ Act as the face of Discovery One, representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.
∎ Build and maintain a positive public image for the organization, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in e-sports.
∎ Manage the financial health of the organization by developing and adhering to budgets, monitoring financial performance, and making informed decisions to drive profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven 8+ years' experience in a leadership role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the e-gaming industry and its trends.
∎ Proven experience in event management.
