Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate must have multiple experiences like marketing, operation, quality, administration, compliance, IE, and overall supervision of the woven industry.
Strong communication skills and at least 5 years of working experience as a CEO or in a similar post in the woven industry running over 70 lines.
Ability to study, analyze, and interpret complex activities and new developments and strong communication skills to stabilize the modern Lean thinking concept.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, modern inventory management software & procurement software.
Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali and interpersonal skills.
Excellent documentation skills related to manpower.
