Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations.
Ensure production schedules are met on time and within budget.
Monitor product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage production teams and provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Control production costs and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare production reports and analyze operational performance.
Collaborate with departments such as Quality, HR, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
