• Strong leadership and team management skill.

• Good Communication skills in both English.

• Good knowledge & skills in computing.

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Good in planning and analytical skills.

A 100% Danim & Jaket Garments Factory requires Sr. Merchandiser to be filled up by talented professional for Dhaka.

• Candidates Will get preference who have working experience with Kontoor, interspot, LPP, Costco & Other reputed Buyer

• Follow up an order from product development to shipment.

• Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.

• Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.

• Must have sound knowledge in consumption & costing.

• Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.

• Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.

• Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories to develop samples.

• Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
