Responsibilities & Context:

• Source and develop business opportunities with both local and international buyers for Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) products.

• Maintain close coordination and effective communication between buyers and factory operations to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

• Monitor and manage product movement in accordance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle to optimize inventory turnover and product quality.

• Oversee inventory levels, stock records, and product availability to support efficient sales and production planning.

• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, to identify emerging business opportunities.

• Evaluate sales performance, market growth, expansion prospects, and changes in customer demand to support strategic decision-making.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing prompt, professional, and responsive customer service.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

• Prepare periodic sales, inventory, and market analysis reports for management review.
