Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

• Age At most 42 years
• Only Male

Minimum 5 years of experience in embroidery operations within a reputed knit garments factory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.

Strong knowledge of embroidery machines, production planning, quality control, and efficiency improvement.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Plan, monitor, and supervise daily embroidery production to meet shipment schedules.

Ensure embroidery quality as per buyer requirements and approved standards.

Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, QA, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Optimize machine utilization, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.

Monitor thread consumption, wastage, and production costs.

Troubleshoot embroidery-related technical and quality issues.

Lead, motivate, and develop supervisors, operators, and supporting staff.

Ensure compliance with factory safety, quality, and workplace regulations.

Prepare and submit daily production and efficiency reports to management.
