Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Graduation from any discipline.

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering is preferred.

• Candidates must have a Science background in both SSC and HSC.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong expertise in garment costing and sample development/follow-up in knit garments. 

• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, consumption, and manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and merchandising documentation.

• Work under pressure and willing to stay near factory. 

1. Prepare accurate garment costing and price analysis.

2. Develop and follow up samples including Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Salesman Sample, and Production Sample.

3. Coordinate with buyers, sample section, sourcing, and technical teams.

4. Ensure timely sample submission and buyer approvals.

5. Source fabrics and trims according to buyer requirements.

6. Assist in order confirmation and bulk execution.

7. Follow up lab dips, approvals, testing, and production readiness.

8. Maintain merchandising documentation and buyer correspondence.

9. Support Merchandising Manager in daily operational activities.
