Additional Requirements:
Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities, new development and strong communication skill to stabilize modern Lean thinking concept.
Good knowledge at Microsoft Office, Modern inventory management software & Procurement software.
Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali and interpersonal skill.
Excellent documentation skills related to manpower.
Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate must have multiple experiences like Marketing, Operation, Quality, Administration, Compliance, IE and over all supervision of Woven Industry.
Overall responsible for the operation of business.
Coordinating with Buyers, Suppliers and factory owners.
Improving production quality and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance, transparency, and stable operations.
Strong communication skill and at least 5 years working experience as CEO or similar post in Woven industry running over 70 lines.
