Responsibilities & Context:
We are 100% export-oriented Sweater Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic General Manager - Merchandising & Marketing to lead the Sweater Merchandising & Marketing Department of a Sweater Factory.
Job location will be Ashulia, Savar.
Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
Search and develop business with existing and new buyers.
Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / delivery / shipment.
Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
