Responsibilities & Context:
Required Technical Expertise: (Applicants must have strong hands-on experience in the following areas)
Substation Operation & Maintenance (LT/HT systems, switchgear, transformer O&M)
Generator (Diesel & Gas) operation, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
Boiler, Air Compressor & Utility Equipment operation & monitoring
Cooling Tower & Chiller operation and basic troubleshooting
HVAC Systems operation & routine maintenance
Online UPS, AVR, Electrical Panels & Power Distribution Systems
RSC/Accord/Nirapon Electrical Remediation & Compliance Work
Knowledge of LEED-related activities (energy efficiency, utilities monitoring)
Strong command in AutoCAD for SLD, LPS, layout & technical drawing preparation
Ability to lead maintenance teams, handle shifts, assign PM/CM activities & maintain safety protocols
Strong understanding of electrical safety, lock-out/tag-out, load management & utility cost optimization
Maintaining documentation for sustainability audits (Higg FEM, Green Factory requirements)
