• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sweater manufacturing processes (manual/jacquard knitting machines like Shima Seiki/Stoll, linking, and complex washing treatments).Strong command over testing methods (shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling) and international quality standards.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and make critical technical decisions.

1. Strategic Leadership: Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all stages of sweater production—from yarn inspection, knitting, linking, and washing to final packing.

2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Formulate and enforce strict quality SOPs aligned with international standards and specific buyer manuals.

3. Defect Reduction & AQL Management: Analyze quality data to identify root causes of defects (e.g., knitting faults, measurement discrepancies, tension issues). Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to achieve zero-defect targets and ensure strict adherence to AQL levels.

4. Buyer & Audit Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for external audits, brand QA managers, and third-party inspection agencies. Ensure 100% compliance with buyer specifications.

5. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a robust team of QA Managers, Quality Executives, and Inspectors across multiple factory lines.

6. Washing & Finishing Oversight: Deeply monitor the sweater washing, measurement control, and finishing processes to ensure hand-feel, shade matching, and shrinkage control meet exact standards.
