Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 7 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Practical experience in textile dyeing and finishing, preferably in a woven textile manufacturing environment.

• Experience in textile auxiliary chemicals, laboratory operations, product development, or technical service will be highly preferred.

• Exposure to factory trials and customer technical support is an advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge of textile dyeing, finishing, and textile auxiliary chemicals.

• Experience on specialty chemical applications and wet processing technologies.

• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, product development, product evaluation, and factory trials.

• Ability to analyze product performance and conduct bench marking against competitor products.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent technical report writing, documentation, and data analysis capabilities.

• Effective communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work closely with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver technical solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, technical support, product demonstrations, and factory trials.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Technical Manager to strengthen our Textile Auxiliary Chemical business by providing technical expertise, product development support, and customer-oriented solutions.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between laboratory innovation and commercial success by conducting product evaluations, benchmarking competitor products, supporting customer trials, and assisting the sales team in converting technical developments into sustainable business opportunities.

This role is ideal for a technically sound textile professional with strong knowledge of dyeing, finishing, textile auxiliaries, and customer technical service.

Product Development & Laboratory Evaluation

• Conduct laboratory trials for textile dyes, auxiliaries, and specialty chemicals.

• Develop and optimize product formulations based on customer requirements.

• Evaluate product performance for dyeing, finishing, and textile processing applications.

• Maintain detailed laboratory development records and technical documentation.

Technical Analysis & Benchmarking

• Analyze competitor products and prepare comparative technical performance reports.

• Conduct benchmarking studies focusing on Product quality, Cost efficiency, Process optimization, Customer performance requirements

• Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Technical Service & Customer Support

• Support the Sales & Marketing team during customer visits and technical discussions.

• Conduct factory trials and monitor product performance under production conditions.

• Troubleshoot customer process issues and recommend practical technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance during product implementation and development projects.

Business Development Support

• Work closely with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities.

• Assist in introducing and launching new products in the market.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training programs.

• Provide market intelligence regarding customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging textile technologies.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare development reports, laboratory findings, and trial summaries for management review.

• Maintain product performance data and technical records.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytical reporting.
