Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
Supervise security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel can access the premises.
Conduct regular fire drills and ensure employees are aware of evacuation routes and procedures.
Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of security cameras and surveillance systems.
Monitor surveillance footage and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
Provide guidance to employees on emergency response actions.
Respond to security incidents, accidents, or other emergencies as needed.
Document and report security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.
Conduct security and fire safety training for employees.
Promote a culture of security awareness and compliance among staff.
