1. Strategic Leadership & VisionSet Overall Strategy:
Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the company.
Business Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and regions for expansion.
Innovation: Encourage innovation in product offerings, services, and technology to stay competitive.
2. Operations & Management Operational Efficiency:
Oversee daily operations and ensure that the company runs efficiently.
This includes supply chain management, warehousing, and logistics.
Technology Integration: Ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies for an enhanced customer experience, efficient backend processes, and data analytics.
Optimize Sales Channels: Optimize online platforms (website, mobile app, marketplaces) and other sales channels.
3. Financial Oversight Budget Management:
Manage the company's budget, allocate resources wisely, and ensure profitability.
Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to drive sales, optimize pricing models, and increase overall revenue.
