∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Profound knowledge of Capital Market, Bond Market, Merchant Banking, Issue Management, and Underwriting.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of the Rules, Regulations & Policies enforced by the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited, and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Demonstrated strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in MS office and experience in software operation.
∎ Profound knowledge of Capital Market, Bond Market, Merchant Banking, Issue Management, and Underwriting.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of the Rules, Regulations & Policies enforced by the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited, and other regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the Mutual Fund Division of the Company as Head of Operations for the said division.
∎ Form and launch of mutual funds.
∎ To establish Investment Committees for newly launched mutual funds.
∎ Ensuring the establishment of an Investor Relations department within the mutual fund.
∎ Oversight of prudent investments in the Mutual Fund Division based on advice from the Investment Committee.
∎ Maintaining effective liaison with regulatory bodies and key customers.
∎ Organization and leadership of all functional departments under the Mutual Fund Division, including associated personnel.
∎ Development of strategies and operational plans grounded in financial analysis.
∎ Market trend analysis and implementing market-forecasting mechanisms.
∎ Thorough understanding of various investment products.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring overall operations and compliance-related activities of the company.
∎ Providing timely reports to the Board of Directors.
∎ Assist Managing Director prepare reports & analysis to be presented in front of the Board of Directors.
∎ Completion of any additional tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
