Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Finance/Accounts from a reputed University.
∎ Minimum 5 years in finance/Capital market in a leading role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the investment strategy for the organization, aligned with business development goals and objectives driving cross-functional turnaround programs including process redesign, cost reduction, strategic decision, system upgradation, talent management, and other performance improvements.
∎ Formulating and implementing the mission, policy, objective & strategic plan to ensure the company’s growth plans across all distribution channels including B2B, B2C, and Digital Marketing, leveraging a very strong execution and business development experience in the related industry to ensure that the company is consistently moving towards fulfilling its short-term, medium-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Built and leads a high-performing team of finance professionals, and investment professionals, following a period of significant turnover, restoring operational excellence; improved forecast accuracy and met the challenge of turning around the Group Finance Division to focus on compliance, financial stability, audit integrity & productivity increases.
∎ Collaborate with Executive Management, Board, Business & IT to develop the annual financial business plan to gain buy-in & led company acquisitions, management buyouts or buy-ins and corporate restructuring.
∎ Work closely with investment professionals, and portfolio company leadership teams to plan, appraise & drive performance improvement of Group portfolio companies and provide due diligence capabilities in new deals, Scope, and size potential post-deal opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement yearly plans - including milestone-driven detailed operating plans & provisions, Management information services for strategic decisions; that focus on successfully integrating Group portfolio companies to build a foundation for operational and financial success.
∎ Identify and evaluate market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes, investment opportunities, conduct thorough market research, and perform financial analysis to assess risks and potential returns for investment decisions.
∎ To adopt Rules & Regulations and provide regular reports and presentations: SEC Rules and regulations-1987, Stock Dealer, Stockbroker & Authorized Representatives-2000, Settlement of Stock Exchange Transactions Regulations-1998, Depository User Regulations-2003
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 31 years

∎ Proven track record of successful investment management and business development experience, preferably in a leadership role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment analysis, and portfolio management principles.
∎ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
∎ Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
∎ High ethical standards and a commitment to conducting business with integrity and professionalism.
