Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc. in Textiles Engineering/Technology or MBA/ Masters with relevant subject
∎ Or Diploma with related subject having at least 25 years of practical experience and at least 15 years of Managerial position.
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile

Export import, Printing, Spinning Mill Operation, Textile, Woven Fabrics Dyeing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is directly responsible to the Board of Director & will have to provide a strategic and Charismatics leadership plan for smooth operationsof Woven Dyeing & Printing Division. He has to supervise Fabric Costing, batch/Job dyeing, finishing, R&D (Fabrics Development), Lab, Export/Import Banking, Fund Management, Local Sales, Customer Satisfactions as well as overall Company Profitability.
∎ Responsible for company profitability and ensure daily production efficiency, procurement/ supply chain, raw materials etc.
∎ Having knowledge to conduct board meeting in front of all Board of Director once in a month concerning operational results/activities during the month and need to show the target/objective/budget for the next month.
∎ Responsible for company profitability and ensure daily production efficiency, procurement/ supply chain, raw materials etc.
∎ Leading the team for Major Organizational Changes to unify corporate culture, values and core goals that bring greater consolidations, cost savings & improved decision-making process.
∎ Ensure and right to follow up of buyer wise fabric production and quality as per their given specifications.
∎ To ensure growth and development of staff member and workmen through training, introduction of different quality standard and system, liaison with marketing personal
∎ Communicate with planning division and respective merchandiser of buyer for ensuring 100% dyeing quality, shade matching, color, printing etc.
∎ Directs and supervise the continuous improvement of dyeing, finishing production so that production efficiency must achieve.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of each operation.
∎ Arrange and conduct counseling for manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ Follow up and monitor over all operational compliance issues of production floor.
∎ Any others if Board of Directors need to assign.

Salary: Tk. 500000 - 800000 (Monthly)
