Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in any business discipline from a recognized educational institution.
∎ No third Division/Class in academic career will be acceptable.
∎ Further academic qualification in related area will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Capital Market, Bond Market, Merchant Banking, Issue Management, Underwriting, Rules, Regulations and Policies of Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Knowledge about Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Capital Market Products.
∎ Well Conversant with Investment Products and ability to develop efficient portfolio management strategies.
∎ Conceptually sound in transaction/trading on securities, Brokerage & Merchant Banking Operation [equities, bond, debentures etc].
∎ Capable in market trend analysis & market forecasting mechanism.
∎ In-depth knowledge to support business unit for preparation of short & long term
∎ strategies & operation plan based on financial analysis.
∎ To ensure profitability target by maximizing revenues from Corporate, Retail & Foreign Portfolios.
∎ Able to set Key Performance Indicators [KPI] for the whole team and have to clear ideas to attain KPls.
∎ To maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and prominent customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 10-15 years experience in the relevant field with proven track record.
∎ Having at least 03 years experience as Chief Executive Offcer in a reputed Brokerage House with proven track record. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
∎ Age may be relaxed for the highly deserving candidate.
