Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distributing responsibilities and functions by discussing with the all divisions' head
∎ Planning for a good competitive objective
∎ Determining and formulating overall policies and business strategies
∎ Planning directing and coordinating operational activities
∎ Assigning and delegating the responsibilities to the authority
∎ Determining areas of cost reduction, program improvement and profit maximization
∎ Consulting with the board members and organization employees to formulate strategy and policy
∎ Establishing and monitoring the internal control procedures
∎ Reviewing the financial statement and sales to ensure that organization's objectives are achieved
∎ Supervising the inventory control of all the other departments
