• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.

• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate, Developer & construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Documentation and communication skills

• The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project as per the approved drawing & design.

• Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule & maintaining quality of work.

• Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel.

• Coordinate with contractors, sub- contractors and related persons to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Coordinate with clients for any additional work and estimate the working cost Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.

• Properly maintain the Register of Materials Requisition Form, Materials Received Report & Materials Transfer Form.

• Should be able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with the project in-charge.

• Brief Knowledge on all stages from foundation to finishing works.Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

• Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.To be accountable for the successful completion of the project.

• Must have good understanding in Work Place/ Construction Safety and Security.

• To review progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staffs for completion of the project in a time bound manner.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Top Management.
