∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, safety, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.
∎ Oversee the Operations of the restaurants within the restaurant.
∎ Enough idea on selection of verities Thai food.
∎ Monitor & controlling kitchen flow
Additional Requirements:

∎ 2 - 5 years in cooking Experience
