Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
∎ Help departments use technology profitably.
∎ Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
∎ Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
∎ Acting as a mentor to team members.
∎ Managing technology budgets and time frames.
∎ Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
∎ Help engineering team to troubleshoot complex business requirements quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
∎ Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
∎ Understanding of budgets and business-planning
∎ Ability to conduct technological analysis and research
∎ Strategic thinking
∎ Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages including Java, Python, PHP, React Js, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ELK, linux, SQL and No SQL Databases.
∎ Cumulatively 10 - 12 Years of experience in a software development role, information technology role, or related field
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership role.
Salary: Negotiable
