Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor total chemical in-house management.
∎ Monitor Chemical Testing and technical performance.
∎ Ensure best uses of chemical.
∎ Prepare and preserve documents regarding technical and test reports of chemicals, dyeing / washing reports etc.
∎ Research & develop methodology of best uses of chemicals auxiliaries.
∎ Evaluate existing dyeing and washing procedure with respect to chemistry background and design a proper method where necessary.
∎ Inspection & quality check during inventory.
∎ Developing a chemical compliance team to manage safety & security.
∎ Understanding MSDS & TDS and aware the users about MSDS & TDS.
∎ Reduce the consumption of restricted chemicals by adoption of clean technology and “green” products.
∎ Health & safety training for chemical hazards for all employees
∎ Understanding buyer’s requirements on chemical compliances.
∎ Check COD & BOD values impact in ETP and work out the possible solution.
∎ Create processes that identify, evaluate, and control environmental & chemical hazards in the workplace.
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate chemical inventory record systems to satisfy regulatory tracking requirements.
∎ Periodically conduct safety and environmental system compliance audits.
∎ Practice internal SOP and management assign activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Good analytical skill & positive mind.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel) & ERP solutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills.
∎ Work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
