Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop formulation of products for uPVC Pipe such as B.S category, ISO category, plumbing (Thread) category, Garden Hose category and BD standard category
∎ Research for developing products, testing procedures and innovative solutions for products and process
∎ Develop products recipe day by day for cost effective & competitive price
∎ Testing of raw materials and finished goods (quality and performance)
∎ Establish procedures and protocols for testing of raw materials and finished goods
∎ Analyzing physical and chemical properties of materials using techniques
∎ Operating, maintaining and procuring laboratory equipment
∎ Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, raw materials and products
∎ Induce reactions to chemical substances with light, energy, heat and chemical catalysts
∎ Develop, improve and customize equipment, products, formulas, analytical methods and processes
∎ Document findings in technical papers and reports, preparing specifications and testing standards
∎ Supervise Mold changeover activities and prepare a standard required time
∎ Production control and inventory control as per customer requirement
∎ Regular visit total plant and solve difficulties of raw materials & finished products
∎ Ensure smooth production activities of the whole plant
∎ Any work assigned by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
