∎ - Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
∎ - B. Sc in Chemistry from any reputed University.
∎ *Experience*
∎ - 1 to 1.5 years
∎ *Additional Requirements*
∎ - The applicant should have experience in Food Processing Industries, Agrochemicals Industries, Chemical Industries, or Pharmaceuticals Quality Control Lab.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ Capable of operating all QC Instruments, especially UV Spectrometer, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), & AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer).
∎ Prepare and standardize Volumetric Solutions (VS), Internal Standards (IS), and Test Solutions (TS).
∎ Analyze raw materials (ginger, lemon, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar), packaging materials, and finished/semi-finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
∎ Operate and maintain laboratory instruments in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
∎ Ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) at every step of the laboratory process to guarantee the highest quality and safety of our products.
∎ Perform thorough documentation, compilation, and record-keeping for the analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished/semi-finished products.
∎ Monitor and report any deviations or out-of-specification results immediately to the supervisor and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Maintain strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, to ensure that all products are safe, effective, and legally compliant.
∎ Regularly review and update quality control procedures to align with the latest industry standards and legal requirements.
∎ Collaborate with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
∎ Foster an ethical work environment, preventing any activities that could be considered fraudulent or unethical.
